About the Role:
As a Sustainability Facilitator, you’ll serve as the primary on-site lead for implementing Reduction In Motion’s waste and recycling programs—primarily within healthcare environments. Your time will be spent at client facilities educating staff, monitoring waste streams, resolving issues, and rolling out new sustainability initiatives. The first ~90 days are heavily field-based, with minimal office time at our Fallston, MD location as you learn the ins and outs of our programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable with public speaking, and willing to be physically involved in waste management when needed. After a 90-day probationary period, benefits include health insurance (50% employer-paid premium), paid time off, nine paid holidays, half-day Fridays in July, and a 401k retirement plan.*
